  1. Loans

    2. An undergraduate student is allowed to borrow 4 books from the Main Collection or PJJ Collection for 3 weeks at any one time.

    A post-graduate student can borrow 15 books from the Main Collection or PJJ Collection for 30 days.
     

  2. Loans-by-mail

    3. Students can send their requests for loans to:

    The following details must be included:
      Full name, Matric number (do not send your matric card) and address.
      Author, title and call number of the book(s) to be borrowed.
      PLEASE CHECK LIBRARY CATALOGUE-VIRTUA GATEWAY

    However, students will have to bear the cost of returning the books by registered parcel
     

  3. Reservation

    4. Books already borrowed by others can be reserved.
     
  4. Fines

    5. A fine of RM0.20 per book per day is imposed for late returns.
