Discussion Room

1. Duration of use is 2 hour.
2. Only 2 reservations allowed per day (Applicants and group members).
3. Please pick up and return the key to the discussion room at Counter 1, Block A.
4. Key must be returned 15 minutes before due time. (A fine of RM 80.00 will be imposed to those who lost/damaged the key).
5. The room is strictly for academic group discussion only (min. 3 people and max. 6 people).
6. All the library rules and regulations are also apply here.
7. Usage of the room will be terminated if the user is found to be violating any of the rules.
8. The library reserve the right to void a reservation if the room is not occupied by the person who has placed the request within 15 minutes of reservation time.
