Reference Service is an advisory and guidance type of service offered to all PSAS customer from within and outside UPM. This service covers enquiries on the use of the Library Catalogue (OPAC), online journals/databases, outside resources/reference materials, quick references, directions and etc. acquired by individual or group either walk in, by phone, email, letter or facsimile.

This service is divided into 2 categories:

• Reader's Advisory Desk

The service is offered at the Reader's Advisory Desk by the Librarian and Assistant Library Officer of the Reference Division for the morning and evening session and by the Librarian and Assistant Library Officer from other division of PSAS for the night, Saturday and Sunday session.

• Reference service offered at the Reference Division Office and Branch Library

This service is conducted by the Librarian and Assistant Librarian of the Reference Division and the Branch Library
