1. Duration of use is limited to 1 hour and request for the extension of period is subject to the availability of the room.

2. The Key to the room must be returned 5 minutes before the due time.

3. This room is to be strictly used for academic group discussion only (min. 4 people and max. 12 people).

4. All Library General Rules and Regulations are applicable.

5. The privilege of using this facility will be withdrawn if a user is found to be violating any of the Library rules.
